Meeting Minutes & Ordinances

Minutes are the official permanent record of the business of the board, and it is the board’s clerk’s job to make sure they are accurate yet concise. Minutes are intended to document the outcome of business decisions, and not every word of discussion leading up to the decision will be recorded.
